Workshops can range from a single day to a captivating six-week course, based on what the pastor or organizational contact outlines as their goals.

Each workshop module within the BOSS curriculum is meticulously designed to speak to the ministry of a Servant Leader. In the local church, this is most often embodied by the deacon, but the lessons extend to all who lead. All workshops are customizable whether a church wants a one-day intensive or a six-week journey, the BOSS team will design a program to meet their needs. Pastors and contact persons collaborate with BOSS facilitators to clarify outcomes and requirements, ensuring that each course is relevant and transformational. Books, assessments, and related materials can be added to the instructional plan as needed.

BOSS Training Workshop Highlights
DISC Personality Training

The DISC module helps leaders identify their dominant and secondary personality traits, enhancing their effectiveness in both leadership and teamwork. Understanding how to match strengths to situational demands is essential to building effective ministry teams. This self-awareness fosters better collaboration, communication, and mutual support.
Spiritual Gifts

Conflict is inevitable in any close-knit group, but it can become a catalyst for growth when handled well. This session teaches teams to identify their conflict styles, set healthy ground rules, and master the art of resolution.
